I want to meet Shona, too! She sounds like a wonderful person and I can completely relate to needing to create something every day (or at least try to) or else I'll get depressed. And what a magical place she calls Home. And what a beautiful daughter she has! Thank you for introducing Shona to us readers, Maddie.

This is the most incredible and inspiring interview I have ever read. Thank you, Shona, for your transparency and openness. I feel like I know you better, like really know you. I understand you in a way that I didn't before this interview. I can so relate to the saying yes more thing, because I too have a tendency to say no more than I should and to want to control the noise, the clutter, etc. But as you say, to say yes, is to live. I love how you have fully embraced motherhood and portray that in your art. You have created a beautiful life for you and your family and are leaving a legacy for future generations. I look forward to reading your fabulous book.
